Workshops on the premises undertake watch repairs, battery replacements and servicing of most watch brands.

We also undertake quartz movement replacement, dial restorations and bracelet repairs.  Estimates free of charge in most instances.

Engraving

A skilled craftsman working away from the premises undertakes our engraving service.  The work covers gold, silver and other precious metals included facsimile work, logos and coat of arms.  Seal engraving is also available by a specialist engraver and machine engraving is also available.

Jewellery Repairs

Jewellery repairs are undertaken by our dedicated jeweller including remounts, repairs to claws, soldering and repolishing.  Particular attention is given to gem set rings, wedding rings and diamond set jewellery.  New designs and remodeling work is available by our jeweller specialising in hand work.

Valuations

Valuation work for Insurance and Probate is undertaken on our behalf by safeguard at the Birmingham Assay Office.

Buying and Selling Secondhand Jewellery

A range of pre-owned, estate jewellery and second hand items are always in stock including rings, bracelets and watches.  We buy old gold and other items of jewellery.  Offers are free of charge.

Ear Piercing

Ear Piercing is undertaken by trained staff.  A variety of studs at varying prices are available.

Gift Wrapping

We offer a comprehensive gift-wrapping service free of charge.  Watches, jewellery and rings are presented in gift boxes to make your gift an even more treasured possession.
