Joanne Bourne, Mangeress of the Worcester branch hs been with the company for 15 years and has qualified in the Retail Jewellers Diploma, Gemmological Diploma and Management Diploma.

Her experience and expertise is influential when choosing the right products for both shops.

Watchmaker

Our watchmaker is a Craft Member of the British Horological Institute and has received specialist training from the Rolex Watch Company in Switzerland. We are able to service Rolex, Omega, Longines, Tissot, Seiko and many other brands either in our own workshop or through carefully approved partners. We have a prompt battery replacement service and our workshop is fully equipped to carry out waterproof testing, regulations and ultrasonic cleaning. Even your treasured heirlooms may be repairable.

Engraver

Our hand engraver is an expert in his field and has worked on Royal Commissions and some of Britain’s most famous trophies. His hand work covers both gold and silver items and with an array of styles and designs his work can enhance that most treasured piece.

Gemmologist

Our gemstone laboratory is well equipped and our gemmologist, a member of the family, is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association and holder of the Diamond Diploma. We specialise in finding more unusual gemstones to mount in our own individual designs. We can give advice specifically on diamonds and other precious stones.

Jewellery Designer

Our specialist goldsmith repairs all kinds of platinum, gold and silver jewellery. The work includes ring sizing, repairs to settings as well as remounts. New designs, both traditional and modern, can be created by our designer. Other skilled jewellery work can also be undertaken by dedicated craftsmen.

Valuer

In order to provide a prompt service much of our valuation work is undertaken by ‘Safeguard’ which is division of the Birmingham Assay Office. However we have two qualified Registered Valuers on the premises who can give personal advice.
