Delivery
 
All items will be delivered free of charge via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The goods should be delivered within three to five working days from the date of dispatch.  If your item is in stock and you order before 1pm we will post it out on the same day.
 
Returns
 
Whilst we are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand there is sometimes the need to return an item for an exchange or a full refund. If you need to do this, please email us to arrange a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt of goods. You are responsible for the postal charges, unless the item is faulty,  and also for ensuring it gets to us. We are not responsible for any items that go missing whilst being returned to us.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Once the item is received and checked, we will exchange the item as per your request, or issue a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days for exchange/refund. Extended terms during the Christmas period – check website for details. Please note – we can not accept earrings for return unless they are deemed to be faulty. This is due to health and safety reasons
