Peplow Jewellers is a retail jewellery outlet in the uk with three stores. Its purpose is to provide an honest and reliable service to the consumer and at the same time to abide by National and international codes of practice and ethical standards in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, it aims to instil consumer confidence in all aspects of sales and service.
 
Peplows pursues these objectives through in depth staff training and education to ensure accurate and honest information is provided to its clientele.
 
Peplows values the services of all employees and is committed to provide an environment in which they can work with the safety and dignity. Also to encourage improvement in individual performance according to abilities in order to provide a better service to consumers.
 
Peplows relies upon membership of the National Association of Goldsmiths and other national organisations to remain conversant with developments in the industry and agrees to observe all codes of practice agreed by the association and to abide by CIBJO (World Jewellery Confederation) rules.

Delivery
 
All items will be delivered free of charge via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. The goods should be delivered within three to five working days from the date of dispatch.
 
Returns
 
Whilst we are sure you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand there is sometimes the need to return an item for an exchange or a refund. If you need to do this, please email us. You are responsible for the postal charges to return an item and also for ensuring it gets to us. We are not responsible for any items that go missing whilst being returned to us. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Once the item is received and checked, we will exchange the item as per your request, or issue a refund (minus the original postage charge, if applicable). Items must be returned within 14 days for exchange/refund. Extended terms during the Christmas period – check website for details. Please note – we can not accept earrings for return unless they are deemed to be faulty. This is due to health and safety reasons
